摘要
长沙电厂给水泵汽轮机型号为G10.4-1.12。自2018年5月长沙电厂#1机组启机运行,小修未进行检修工作的#1小汽轮机驱动端支撑轴瓦发生振动大缺陷,在60万负荷情况下,小汽轮机转速达5500RPM时,该点X向振动幅值达150um,Y向振动幅值达85um,正常负荷小汽轮机转速4800-5100RPM时,该点X向振动也持续偏高,达95-100um,已经严重威胁机组的安全稳定运行。鉴于此,汽机专业排查了几方面的影响因素,并在几次尝试调整后,顺利恢复设备可靠运行。
The type of feed water pump turbine in Changsha Power Plant is G10.4-1.12. Since the start-up of Unit 1 in Changsha Power Plant in May, 2018, the bearing bush of the driving end of the small steam turbine which has not been repaired in minor repair has suffered from serious vibration defect. When the speed of the small steam turbine reaches 5500 RPM under 600,000 load, the vibration amplitude of the point in X direction reaches 150 um, in Y direction reaches 85 um, and in normal load, the speed of the small steam turbine is 4800-5100 RPM. At that time, the X-direction vibration of this point is also on the high side, reaching 95-100um, which has seriously threatened the safe and stable operation of the unit. In view of this, the steam turbine specialty has checked several influencing factors, and after several attempts to adjust, the reliable operation of the equipment has been restored smoothly.
