糖尿病与泌尿系统结石关系的研究进展

Progress on the relationship between diabetes mellitus and urolithiasis

糖尿病是全世界最主要的全身代谢性疾病之一,而我国是全球糖尿病患者人数最多的国家。随着人们生活水平的提高以及生活方式、饮食结构的不断变化,其发病率呈现逐年上升趋势。泌尿系统结石是泌尿外科常见病和多发病,近年来,其发病率也显著增高。泌尿系统结石也是代谢性疾病的一种。越来越多的研究证实糖尿病与泌尿系统结石的发生存在着密切关系,并可能是泌尿系统结石的独立危险因素。本文就糖尿病和泌尿系统结石关系的研究进展做一综述。

Diabetes mellitus is one of the most important systemic metabolic diseases in the world,and China is the country with the largest number of diabetic patients in the world. With the improvement of people’s living standards and the changing lifestyle and diet structure,the incidence of diabetes is increased year by year. Urolithiasis is a common and frequently occurring in urology. In recent years,the incidence of urinary calculi was also increased significantly. Urinary calculi is also one type of metabolic disease. More and more studies have confirmed that diabetes mellitus is closely related to the occurrence of urolithiasis and may be an independent risk factor for urinary calculi. This article reviews the research progress of the relationship between diabetes mellitus and urolithiasis.
