人羊膜上皮细胞治疗心肌梗死的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 心肌梗死(myocardial infarction,MI)是心力衰竭的主要原因,就目前来看无特效方法治疗MI导致的心肌细胞死亡和挽救受损的心功能。细胞替代治疗作为一种全新的治疗方式成为当下研究的热点。近10年来,包括本研究组在内的国内外较多研究都着眼于运用人羊膜上皮细胞(human amniotic epithelial cells,hAECs)治疗MI,并取得了一定成效。本文就hAECs在MI中改善心功能的作用及具体机制展开综述。 Myocardial infarction(MI)is the major cause of heart failure. At present,there is not any specific method has been available to treat myocardial cell death and rescue the impaired cardiac function in MI.Cell replacement therapy which is considered as a novel therapeutic approach has become the current research focus. Recently,the studies on the treatment of MI using human amniotic epithelial cells(hAECs) over the country and overseas were reviewed and analyzed. In the last decade,the majority of the domestic and foreign studies,including our studies focused on treating MI with hAECs,which have achieved initial success. The effects and specific mechanism of hAECs on improving cardiac function in MI was summarized in this paper.
