云南省精神科专科护士核心能力评价指标体系的构建

Construction of the evaluation index system of the core competence of the psychiatric nurses in Yunnan province

目的构建云南省精神科专科护士核心能力评价指标体系。方法应用德尔菲法对22名专家进行两次函询。结果专家积极系数较高,权威程度系数为0.87,其中,判断依据系数和熟悉程度系数分别为0.83和0.91,修改后一级指标和二级指标的协调系数分别为0.642和0.416。云南省精神科专科护士核心能力评价指标体系包括8个一级指标和32个二级指标。结论该评价指标体系具有较高可信度和科学性,可为云南省精神科专科护士核心能力评价提供理论依据。

Objective To construct the evaluation index system of the core competence of the psychiatric nurses in Yunnan province.Methods 22 experts were consulted twice by letter using Delphi method.Results The positive coefficient of experts is higher,and the authority coefficient is 0.87.And the judgment basis coefficient and the familiarity coefficient are respectively 0.83 and 0.91,the coordination coefficients of the primary and secondary indicators were 0.642 and 0.416 respectively after modification.The evaluation index system of the core competence of the psychiatric nurses in Yunnan province was determined finally,including 8 primary indicators and 32 secondary indicators.Conclusion The evaluation index system is of high reliability and science,which can provide theoretical basis for the evaluation of the core competence of psychiatric nurses in Yunnan province.
