摘要
近距离煤层群开采过程中,下组煤回采巷道受上组煤层采动影响,巷道维护困难。针对山西河东煤田近距离煤层“分层同采”采用外措式布置条件下的护巷煤柱尺寸,采用FLAC3D数值软件进行了模拟分析研究。研究结果表明:12#煤巷道合理外错距离为不低于6m,当12#煤工作面回风、运输顺槽宽度为5m、12#煤煤柱宽度为12m的情况下,11#煤煤柱宽度应不小于34m。
In the mining of close coal seams,roadways are difficult to be maintained because the mining of lower coal groups is affected by the mining of upper coal groups.In view of the stratified mining of the close coal seam in the Hedong coal field in Shanxi province,the simulation analysis on the coal pillar size was carried out with FLAC3D software for the external staggered layout.The results show that the reasonable external staggered distance of No.12 coal roadway is not less than 6 meters;when the widths of the return airway and transport groove of the working face of No.12 coal seam are 5 meters and the width of the coal pillars of No.12 coal seams is 12 meters,the width of the coal pillars of No.11 coal seam should be no less than 34 meters.
