摘要
肿瘤是机体在各种致瘤因素作用下,局部组织细胞异常增殖所形成的具有一定侵袭能力的新生物。肿瘤细胞具有异常的形态、代谢和功能,并在不同程度上失去了分化成熟的能力,是当今医学发展的难题。光动力疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)是一种基于光敏剂、光照等条件,对病灶细胞具有杀伤作用的治疗手段,其在治疗某些疾病、改善患者预后方面具有诸多优点,尤其对于肿瘤患者而言,PDT的出现可能为他们的治疗带来意想不到的效果。在国内外众多研究报告中,PDT显示出了对不同肿瘤的有效性,这无疑为临床上肿瘤的治疗提供了新的思路。本文选取了PDT在几种常见恶性肿瘤的研究进展进行综述。
Tumor is caused by various tumorigenic factors.It is a kind of new organism with abnormal proliferation and invasive ability.Tumor cells have abnormal morphology,metabolism and functions.They have no differentiation and maturation ability,and it remains a problem in current medical development.Photodynamic therapy(PDT)is a therapeutic method based on photosensitizers and light,which aims to kill the tumor cells.PDT has many advantages in treatment of several diseases and improvement of prognosis of patients,especially in treatment of tumors.Many research reports showed the efficient effect of PDT in treatment of different tumors,which undoubtedly provides us a novel strategy in clinical trials.This article aims to summarize the use and progress of PDT in several common malignant tumors.
