Common Problems and Countermeasures of Net-suspended Spray Seeding on Expressway Slope in Hebei Province Mountainous Area

高速公路建设中,山区高速边坡工程防护逐渐被绿化生态防护所取代,挂网喷播技术的大量应用提升了高速公路两侧挖方段绿化景观,通过多年施工及养护现场的调研,总结出喷播技术常见问题,主要包括基质脱落、种子配比不合理、基质配比不准确、基质厚度不足、挂网不符合设计要求、养护期植被退化等。通过对现场问题的分析,提出了提高设计专业性、严格管理施工,做好后期管护等建议,以期为今后山区挖方段的边坡挂网喷播施工及管理提供决策依据。

During the construction of expressway,the protection of expressway slope engineering in mountainous areas has gradually been replaced by greening ecological protection.A large amount of application Net-suspended spray seeding technology has improved the greening landscape of the excavated sections on both sides of the expressway.Combined with the investigation of many years of construction and maintenance site,Summarized the common problems of Net-suspended spray seeding,mainly including matrix shedding,unreasonable seed ratio,inaccurate matrix ratio,insufficient matrix thickness,unsuitable design requirements for Net-suspended spray seeding,and vegetation degradation during curing period.Based on the analysis of the on-site problems,the corresponding countermeasures are putting forward,and the decision-making basis for the construction and management of the Net-suspended spray seeding on expressway slope in the excavation section of the mountain area is proposed.
