浅析河南省安阳市漳河水量分配现状及对策

Water allocation of the Zhanghe River in Anyang City of Henan Province and solutions

当前,漳河水资源日趋紧缺,供需水矛盾较为突出。在分析漳河上游流域概况、引漳供水工程建设情况、河南省漳河水量分配现状的基础上,提出了提升引漳供水能力的相应对策建议,即维护好漳河水量分配方案权威,强化漳河水资源监管工作,建立引岳灌溉用水长效机制,实施引岳济洪调水工程,加强幸福渠治理工程前期工作,以此促进安阳市水资源优化配置工作进一步发展。

Water resources of the Zhanghe River have becoming increasingly scarce that has resulted in intensive disparity between supply and demand.Based on introduction of the Zhanghe River upstream,water diversion schemes from the Zhanghe River and current status of water allocation in Henan Province,suggestions are made to enhance water supply capability,by means of maintaining authority of water allocation plans,strengthening supervision and management,establishing long-term mechanism of water diversion from Yuecheng Reservoir,implementing water diversion projects and upgrading of Xingfu Canal,so as to make further improvement for water allocation in Anyang City.
