贵州山地特色新型城镇规划水资源配置探析——以铜仁市松桃苗族自治县中部城镇为例

Water resources regulation driven by a new-type of urban plan for mountainous regions in Guizhou——a case study of cities or townships in Songtao Miao Autonomous County of Tongren City

以贵州省松桃县中部区域的城镇发展规划为背景,通过对松桃河流域的水资源调查评价,预测中部区域内城镇规划水平年的供水、需水、排水及用水结构,在最严格水资源管理“三条红线”控制指标约束下,研究山地城镇水资源的配置特点和规律,提出水资源配置建议方案,以供同类项目参考。

Prediction is made on water supply and demand at the planning level years as well as drainage and water use pattern of cities or counties in the middle part of Songtao County of Guizhou Province,based on urban development plan and water resources assessment in the Songtao River Basin.Under the“Three Red Lines”and control indices of stringent water resources management,water allocation plans are proposed,with studies on the characteristics and patterns of water allocation in cities or townships of mountainous regions,which can be used for reference by other similar projects.
