摘要 建设南水北调中线工程安全监测自动化应用系统,是确保工程安全运行、高效管理的重要手段。系统按照安全、可靠和易用的设计理念,以自动化、智能化支撑南水北调中线工程安全监测业务为目标,基于B/S软件结构,按照面向服务的体系结构自下而上分层设计系统架构,实现系统软件的高性能和松耦合。基于南水北调中线工程安全监测规范和用户实际需求,对数据库、业务功能和服务组件等内容进行设计,满足管理者对安全监测业务的需求。系统的构建将有效提升南水北调中线工程安全监测业务的信息化、智能化管理水平,保障工程安全运行和跨流域水资源高效利用。 The construction of the safety monitoring automation information system for the middle line project of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project is an important means to ensure the safe operation and efficient management of the project.According to the safe,reliable and easy-to-use design concept,the system aims to automate and intelligently support the safety monitoring business of the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Line Project.Based on the B/S(Browser Server)software structure,the bottom-up layering according to the service-oriented architecture.Design system architecture to achieve high performance and loose coupling of system software.Based on the safety monitoring specifications of the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Line Project and the actual needs of users,the database,business functions and service components are fully designed to meet the needs of managers for security monitoring services.The construction of the system will effectively improve the information and intelligent management level of the safety monitoring business of the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project,and ensure the safe operation of the project and the efficient use of water resources across the basin.
