摘要
利用电镜技术(SEM)对一种双结构颗粒肥料的壳组成形貌和肥料颗粒表面进行了观察。通过对壳结构的内表面、外表面和断面观察,了解不同矿物质颗粒在1~4mm球形尿素表面的组装形态,发现不同组分组装形成壳后的微观结构形貌与粘结模式有关。同时发现,实验条件下不同结构的组分在尿素颗粒表面上存在竞争关系,超细粉体颗粒比片状粉体颗粒在尿素颗粒表面的粘结有优势。这对后续研究开发双结构颗粒肥料有一定的指导作用。
Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) technology was employed to make observation on the shell morphology and surface of a dual-structure granular fertilizer. By observing the inner surface, outer surface and section of the shell structure, the composition morphology of different mineral particles on the 1~4 mm spherical urea surface was understood, and it was known that the microstructure morphology of the shell formed by different components was related to the bonding mode. At the same time, it was known that the components of different structures are competitive on the surface of urea particles under experimental conditions and ultrafine powder particles have more cohering advantages than flaky powder particles on the surface of urea particles. This will be helpful for further research and development of dual structure granular fertilizer.
