摘要
采用等张力曲面设计膜片型面,通过有限元软件对膜片进行翻转过程仿真分析。结果表明,采取不同的初始变形方式,会使膜片翻转型面与结构稳定性发生变化;采用适当的壁厚与厚度梯度,能够保证等张力膜片规则平稳地翻转变形。
In this paper, isotonic surface is used to design the diaphragm profile and simulation analysis is conducted on flip process of the diaphragm by finite element software. The results show that the structural stability and the flipped profile of the diaphragm varies with different initial deformation modes. Proper wall thickness and thickness gradient can ensure regular and smooth flipping deformation of the isotonic diaphragm.
