高承台灌注桩一次浇筑成型施工工艺探讨 被引量:1

摘要 我国在经济快速发展的同时也加大了对环境保护的管理力度,市场对清洁能源的需求越来越大,作为清洁能源的天然气产业在我国也得到了快速发展。LNG储罐是连接上游生产和下游用户的重要储存或调峰设备,在沿海和内陆地区需求较大,LNG储罐的建设项目也越来越多,各种新技术和新工艺不断涌现。高承台灌注桩是目前LNG储罐地基基础普遍采用的一种桩型,虽然灌注桩有承载力大、抗震性能好等优点,但也存在施工周期相对较长、后期产生大量废弃桩头等缺点。高承台灌注桩一次浇筑成型施工工艺的出现,较好地适应了市场要求,该工艺缩短了施工工期,降低了施工成本,还符合绿色环保的发展要求。现结合广汇启东16万m3LNG储罐高承台灌注桩的施工工艺,分析高承台灌注桩一次浇筑成型施工的工艺优点及经济效益和社会效益。 As the Chinese government has intensified its efforts in environment protection with the rapid development of economy, the market has a greater demand for clean energy. As a result, the industry of natural gas as clean energy develops quickly in China. LNG storage tank is an important facility for storage or peak regulation connecting the upstream production and downstream consumers and enjoys great demand in both coastal and inland areas. With more and more projects of LNG storage tank under construction, various new technologies and processes emerge. High-rise cast-in-place pile is commonly adopted for the foundation of LNG storage tanks. Although the cast-in-place pile has advantages of large bearing capacity and good anti-seismic performance, its construction period is relatively long and great amount of waste pile heads are produced. The construction process of one-time pouring molding of high-rise cast-in-place pile adapts better to market requirements as it shortens construction period, lowers construction cost and conforms to environment-friendly requirements. Based on the construction process of high-rise cast-in-place pile for Guanghui Qidong 160,000 m 3 LNG storage tank, this paper analyses the process advantages, economic return and social benefits of the one-time casting molding of high-rise cast-in-place pile technology.
