摘要 针对壳牌气化炉落煤管堵煤的问题,分析了出现该问题的原因及影响,通过不断地摸索和研究,发现将称重给煤机出口与落煤管和磨煤机入口保持在一条中心线上,落煤管堵煤问题得到很好地解决,保证了磨煤系统的安全稳定运行。 This paper analyses the reasons for coal blocking in coal chute of Shell gasifier and its effect. Constant exploration and research shows that the problem of coal blocking in coal chute can be effectively solved as long as the outlet of weighting coal feeder is on the same central line with the inlet of coal chute and coal mill, so as to guarantee safe and stable operation of coal milling system.
