针对壳牌下行水激冷煤气化装置长周期运行的瓶颈进行分析和预判,并根据影响长周期运行的问题提出相应的整改措施和建议,为壳牌下行水激冷煤气化装置的“安稳长满优”运行提供一定的参考。

This paper analyzes the bottlenecks for long-term operation of Shell bottom-quench coal gasification plant and proposes pre-judgment. Relevant rectification measures and suggestions are put forward to address the problems that affect long-term operation so as to provide certain reference for long-term safe and stable operation of Shell bottom-quench coal gasification plant.
