摘要
针对河南龙宇煤化工有限公司PSA提氢装置运行过程中程控阀和真空泵存在的问题,通过对PSA装置进行优化技改,实现了程控阀长周期运行,减少了程控阀的故障率;解决了真空泵排气温度高、气缸串气以及吸附塔切塔运行过程中的一系列问题。
Technical optimization and upgrading of the PSA Hydrogen Extraction Unit in Henan Longyu Coal Chemical Co., Ltd., helped to achieve long-term operation of the sequencing valves and reduce failure ratio, solving the problems of high exhaust temperature at the vacuum pump and cylinder air leakage as well as a series of problems during switching of the adsorption column.
