基于EPC总承包模式的施工质量管理研究

Research on Construction Quality Management in EPC Contracting Mode

EPC总承包模式自上世纪80年代引入中国以来,为我国的石油石化乃至近10年蓬勃兴起的煤化工项目施工建设带来了一种先进的管理理念。而施工阶段的质量控制,是EPC总承包项目质量控制的重点,越来越多地引起关注和重视。从采购、设计、施工等3个方面对EPC总承包商施工质量管理进行了归纳分析,并为EPC总承包商指出了如何消除其对施工质量的影响的改进建议,旨在为EPC工程总承包的施工质量管理提供参考。

The introduction of EPC contracting mode to China in 1980s has brought an advanced management philosophy to China's petrochemical industry as well as to the construction of coal chemical projects booming in recent 10 years. The quality control during construction, as the key part of quality control of EPC project, has caught more and more attention. This paper makes summary and analysis on the construction quality management of EPC contractor from the perspectives of procurement stage, engineering stage and construction stage, and presents suggestions for EPC contractors on how to eliminate the effects of the three aspects on construction quality so as to provide reference for the construction quality management in EPC projects.
