摘要
输电铁塔镀锌层厚度是其防腐的一个重要参数,若不满足规定要求,铁塔耐久性和安全性将受到威胁。现有涂层测量方法主要针对涂层总厚度,难以准确检测铁塔钢构件镀锌层厚度。本文通过试验对某输电铁塔镀锌层厚度进行了实测分析,结果表明:所用测试方法具备较高的工程精度,且测量结果偏于安全。研究成果可为输电铁塔镀锌层厚度检测提供一种实用方法。
The thickness of zinc-coating is a significant parameter for steel transmission towers.If the required thickness is not met,the durability and safety of the tower are threatened.The existing measurement methods mainly focus on the total thickness of the coating,but the thickness of zinc-coating can hardly be measured precisely by existing methods.The thickness of the galvanized layer of steel transmission tower was measured and analyzed in the experiment.The results show that the measured method is accuracy and the measurement results are safe.The research can provide a practical method for measuring method of thickness for zinc-coating in steel transmission towers.
