β-1,3/1,6-葡聚糖的免疫调控机理及其在畜牧生产中的应用

Immunoregulatory Mechanism of β-1,3/1,6-Glucan and Its Application in Animal Production

葡聚糖是一种广泛分布于自然界中的一类生物细胞壁成分,由葡萄糖聚合而成。来源和结构不同的葡聚糖表现出不同的生理功能,其中以β-1,3和β-1,6糖苷键连接而成的微生物源β-葡聚糖存在有效的免疫调控功能,在畜牧生产中具有良好的应用前景。本文结合国内外近年的研究结果,对此类β-葡聚糖的结构功能及其在畜牧行业的研究现状作一综述,以期为β-1,3/1,6-葡聚糖在畜牧生产中的应用提供参考。

β-glucan is a type of biological cell wall component widely distributed in nature.It’s made from the aggregation of glucose.Different sources and structures of glucan exhibit different physiological functions.The microbial sourceβ-glucan,which is linked byβ-1,3 andβ-1,6 glycosidic bonds,has an effective immunoregulatory function and has a good application prospect in livestock production.Based on the research results in recent years,this paper reviewed the research on the structure and function ofβ-glucan and its application in animal husbandry,in order to provide reference for the application ofβ-1,3/1,6-glucan in livestock production.
