CT三维重建影像技术在胫骨平台骨折分型中的应用价值

Application value of CT three-dimensional reconstruction in classification of tibial plateau fractures

目的:将CT三维重建技术用于胫骨平台骨折诊断中,分析其对胫骨平台骨折分型的应用价值。方法:对53例胫骨平台骨折患者临床资料回顾性分析,所有患者均接受X线片及CT三维重建影像技术进行诊断检查,并将诊断结果与临床手术分型标准进行比较,评价两种诊断方法的临床应用价值。结果:与手术分型标准相比,X线诊断胫骨平台骨折分型准确率为84.91%,CT三维重建影像技术分型准确率为98.11%,高于X线片诊断准确率(P<0.05)。结论:CT三维重建影像技术用于胫骨平台骨折分型诊断中准确率较高,具有较好应用价值,可为临床制定治疗方案提供有力依据,值得临床应用。

Objective:To apply CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology in the diagnosis of tibial plateau fracture and to analyze its application value in the classification of tibial plateau fractures.Methods:The clinical data of 53 patients with tibial plateau fractures were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent X-ray and CT three-dimensional reconstruction imaging technology for diagnosis and examination.The diagnostic results were compared with the clinical classification criteria,and the clinical value of the two diagnostic methods was evaluated.Results:Compared with the standard of surgical classification,the accuracy of X-ray diagnosis of tibial plateau fractures was 84.91%,and that of CT three-dimensional reconstruction imaging was 98.11%,which was significantly higher than that of X-ray diagnosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:CT three-dimensional reconstruction imaging technology is very accurate in the diagnosis of tibial plateau fracture classification and has a good application value,providing a strong basis for clinical treatment and is worthy of clinical application.
