康柏西普与雷珠单抗玻璃体腔注射对渗出性年龄相关性黄斑病变疗效

摘要 目的:探讨康柏西普与雷珠单抗玻璃体腔注射对渗出性年龄相关性黄斑病变疗效。方法:103例渗出性年龄相关性黄斑病变患者随机分为观察组51例及对照组52例,观察组患者玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗,对照组患者玻璃体腔注射康柏西普,对比两组患者的最佳矫正视力、黄斑中心凹厚度、CNV渗漏情况和不良反应。结果:治疗后1周、1个月、3个月时两组的最佳矫正视力、黄斑中心凹厚度以及治疗3个月时的CNV渗漏有效率、不良反应发生率组间对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:康柏西普与雷珠单抗玻璃体腔注射对渗出性年龄相关性黄斑病变疗效相当,二者均可用于渗出性年龄相关性的黄斑病变的治疗。
