Analysis and Enlightenment of American Shale Gas Industry Support Policies

美国对页岩气的成功开发在全球掀起了页岩气革命。中国页岩气储量达世界第一,实现页岩气的勘探开发将会在保障能源安全、优化能源结构等方面起到重大作用。中国页岩气产业起步晚,配套政策较为薄弱。在研究分析美国页岩气产业扶持政策的基础上,结合中国实际提出了促进页岩气产业发展的建议。

The successful development of shale gas in the United States has set off a shale gas revolution around the world.The reserves of shale gas in China ranks first in the world.The exploration and development of shale gas is considered to play a major role in ensuring energy security and optimizing energy structure.However,for its staring late,the supporting policies of shale gas industry in China are relatively weak.Based on the research and analysis of the support policies of the shale gas industry in the US,this paper proposed suggestions for promoting the development of shale gas industry in combination with the actual situation in China.
