Research on the Automatic Data Collection and Accounting System for Carbon Emission Data of Power Generation Enterprises

全国碳排放权交易市场已经正式启动。确保数据的准确性是碳市场公平、有效、安全运行的重要基础,碳排放数据直接关系到企业的经济利益。作为首批纳入的发电行业,如何提升自身的碳排放数据管理水平是需要深入思考的问题。从信息化管理的角度提出碳排放数据自动采集与核算系统的设计方案,为发电企业的碳排放数据管理提供了新的思路。

The national carbon emission trading system(ETS)has been officially launched.The accuracy of the data is an important basis for the fair,effective and safe operation of the national ETS,and the carbon emission data is directly related to the economic interests of enterprises.As the first sector to be included by the national ETS,how to improve their own carbon emission data management level is a problem that power generation enterprises need to think deeply about.From the perspective of information management,this paper proposed a design scheme of automatic carbon emission data collection and accounting system,which provided a new idea for carbon emission data management of power generation enterprises.
