摘要
长期以来,厚煤层综放作业在通过断层区域时极易发生煤壁片帮、冒顶等安全事故,如何实现对其围岩稳定性的有效控制对矿井生产安全意义重大。以此为出发点,针对综放作业面过断层开展综合分析,在开展数值模拟的基础上,对顶板稳定措施进行总结分析,并对措施应用效果进行检验。结果表明,采用综合措施后确保了综放作业顺利通过断层区域,为生产综合效益提升提供了帮助。
For a long time,the fully mechanized caving operation of thick coal seams is prone to safety accidents such as coal wall slabs and roof fall when passing through fault zones.How to achieve effective control of surrounding rock stability is of great significance to mine production safety.Taking this as a starting point,comprehensive analysis was carried out for crossing fault in the fully mechanized caving face.On the basis of numerical simulation,this paper summarized and analyzed the stability measures of the roof,and tested the application effect of the measures.The results show that the comprehensive measures have ensured that the fully mechanized caving operation smoothly passed through the fault area,which has helped the comprehensive benefits improvement of production.
