摘要
膨胀型凝胶具有良好的扩散堆积性能、固水覆盖性能和吸热降温隔氧性能。阳煤五矿已形成成熟的膨胀型凝胶注浆施工工艺,并在8421工作面撤架期间对该工作面进行了注浆防灭火处理。对不同配比的膨胀型凝胶混合煤样进行了低温氧化实验,获得了煤自燃程序升温过程中CO、C2H4标志性气体的生成规律。结果表明,随着煤中膨胀型凝胶含量的增加,CO、C2H4气体生成量都受到了不同程度的抑制作用。
Expansive gel has good diffusion and stacking performance,solid water covering performance and endothermic cooling and oxygen insulation performance.A mature expansive gel grouting construction technology has been formed in No.5 Coal Mine of Yangquan Coal Industry(Group)Co.,Ltd.,and grouting fire prevention and extinguishing treatment was carried out in 8421 working face during the period of frame withdrawal.The low temperature oxidation experiments of expansive gel mixed coal samples with different proportion were carried out,and the formation law of CO and C2H4 iconic gases in the process of spontaneous combustion of coal was obtained.The results showed that the gas production of CO and C2H4 was inhibited in varying degrees with the increase of the content of expansive gel in coal.
