不同情境下企业技术中心创新质量影响因素研究

Research on the Influencing Factors of Innovation Quality of Enterprise Technology Centers in Different Situations

以天津市企业技术中心为研究对象,以象限法研究企业技术中心创新质量影响因素。研究认为:创新质量差异在研究样本中并没有呈现出明显的行业差异特征,在各个象限企业技术中心行业分布比较均衡;不同创新质量水平的企业技术中心创新质量影响因素略有不同,共性的影响因素,表现为科技人员数量和科技人员薪酬,个性的影响因素表现为企业的规模、科技活动经费的支出与筹集等;影响因素存在创新质量强弱依赖性,随着企业技术中心创新质量的提升,企业技术中心创新影响因素呈现增多的趋势。同时研究发现不同创新质量情境下,影响因素对于创新质量两个纬度的影响不同。

By takingenterprise technology centers in Tianjin as the research object,this paper divides by quadrant method,studies the influencing factors of innovation quality of enterprise technology centers. The research concludes that: the difference of innovation quality does not show obvious industrial differencecharacteristics in the research sample,and the distribution of enterprise technology centers is balanced in each quadrant;the influencing factors of innovation quality of enterprise technology centers with different innovation quality levels are slightly different,and the common influencing factors are the number of scientific and technological personnel and the salary of scientific and technological personnel;and the specific influencing factors include the scale of enterprises,expenditure and raising of funds for scientific and technological activities,and so on;the influencing factors has dependence on the innovation quality,and with the improvement of innovation quality of enterprise technology centers,the influencing factors of innovation of enterprise technology centers are increasing. At the same time,it is found that the impact of factors on innovation quality is different in two dimensions under different innovation quality scenarios.
