互联互通蓝图下中国产业转型升级与亚太经合组织成员系统协调与控制研究

Coordination and Control Research of China’s Industry Transformation and Upgrading and APEC Member System under the APEC Connectivity Blueprint

基于社会网络理论,根据按特定规则获取的数据,构建互联互通蓝图下亚太经合组织成员系统2-模隶属网络矩阵,进行量化与可视化分析,得到互联互通蓝图下亚太经合组织成员系统2-模隶属网络关键节点。以区域贸易协定作为互联互通蓝图下中国产业升级与亚太经合组织成员系统逻辑链接,协调推动中国产业转型升级国家与区域两个层面因素,构建互联互通蓝图下中国产业转型升级与亚太经合组织成员系统协调与控制理论模型。提出注意把握亚太经合组织成员系统核心节点、充分发挥各类区域贸易协定协调控制作用、深入明晰中国产业转型升级主要目标等五项政策建议供有关方面决策参考。

Based on the social network theory and the data acquired according to specific rules,a 2-mode affiliationnetwork matrix of the APEC member system under the APEC Connectivity Blueprint was built;and quantitative and visual analysis was conducted to obtain the key nodes of the 2-modeaffiliationnetwork of the APEC member system under the APEC Connectivity Blueprint. Using regional trade agreements as a logical link between China’s industrial upgrading and APEC member systems,national and regional factors of China’s industrial transformation and upgrading were coordinated and promoted,and coordination and control theoretical model of China’s industrial transformation and upgrading APEC member systemunder the APEC Connectivity Blueprint was built. Five policy suggestions are proposed for reference,including payingattention to the core nodes of the APEC member system,givingfull play to the coordination and control effect of various regional trade agreements,deeply clarifying the main objectives of China’s industrial transformation and upgrading.
