知识密集型服务业推进制造业攀升全球价值链的机制与路径研究

Research on the Mechanism and Path of KIBS Promotion of Manufacturing Industries’ GVC Climbing

从知识创新、业务整合等角度剖析了知识密集型服务业(Knowledge-intensive Business Service,KIBS)推动制造业攀升全球价值链(Global Value Chain,GVC)机理,并结合制造业创新过程中不同流程与KIBS的融合,分析制造业攀链过程的KIBS参与。认为要素低端锁定、环节创新核心能力不足、创新受限于既有合作机制及层次不足成为制约KIBS进一步推动制造业攀升GVC因素。提出细分参与环节基础上的制造业与KIBS整合创新、KIBS的环节服务创新深化,设计、生产管理等多面融合与攀升等对策建议。

This paper analyses the mechanism of manufacturing industries’ Global Value Chain( GVC) climbing promoted by Knowledge-intensive Business Service( KIBS) from the perspectives of knowledge innovation and business integration. And it also discussed the participation of KIBS in the process of manufacturing industry climbing GVC combined with the integration of different processes and KIBS in the process of manufacturing innovation. It is believed that low-end lock of factors,inadequate core competence in sectional innovation,limitation in existing cooperative mechanisms,and inadequate innovation levels are the restricting factors of KIBS promotion ofmanufacturing industries’ GVC climbing. Some countermeasures and suggestionsare proposed,such as the integration of KIBS and manufacturing based on the subdivision of participation,the deepening of KIBS sectional service innovation,as well as the multifaceted integration and GVC climbing of manufacturing design and production.
