“双因素理论”视域下对民办高校教师激励机制研究

摘要 党的十九大会议指出全面深化新时代教师队伍建设,深入推进教师管理机制改革,形成优秀人才从教、教师人尽其才的良好局面。我国民办高等院校已有近741所,在我国教育发展中发挥着重要作用并得到广泛认可。但是与普通高校教师相比民办院校教师仍然处于劣势,因此建立和完善教师激励机制,实行效率优先,兼顾公平原则显得尤为重要。 The 19th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)pointed out that it is necessary to comprehensively deepen the construction of teachers in the new era,deepen the reform of teacher management mechanism,and form a good situation in which excellent talents teach and teachers make the best use of their talents.There are nearly 741 private colleges and universities in China,which play an important role in the development of China's education and are widely recognized.However,teachers in private colleges and universities are still at a disadvantage situation compared with those in ordinary colleges and universities.Therefore,it is particularly important to establish and improve the incentive mechanism for teachers,give priority to efficiency and take into account the principle of fairness.
