高速公路反光型道路标线提质方案应用浅析 被引量:7

摘要 为解决目前一些城市主干道、国道甚至高速公路路面标线的反光效果不明显致使存在较大安全隐患的问题,以广东省某高速公路反光型标线提质方案为例,通过对该公路全线反光型标线方案设计、材料选择、现场施工方案设计等方面进行阐述,对反光效果进行检测评价,为类似道路段的反光型标线施工提供决策参考。选取优质涂料是确保标线在正常使用年限内,逆反射系数符合使用要求的关键,需对标线施工在原材料与施工工艺的精细化进行严格把控,有利于标线在通车前期、中期、后期的逆反射系数满足相关要求。 In order to solve the safety problem caused by the fact that the reflective effect of the markings of some urban main roads,national roads and expressway is not obvious,the paper takes the highway quality improvement scheme of a expressway in Guangdong Province as an example.The reflective type scheme design,material selection,on-site construction scheme design and other aspects of the whole line are elaborated,and the reflective effect is tested and evaluated,which provides decision-making reference for the reflective type marking construction of similar road sections.The selection of high-quality coating is the key to ensure that the marking line is within the normal service life and the retroreflection coefficient meets the requirements of the requirements of use.Through the strict control of the refinement of the raw materials and construction technology for the construction of the marking line,it is conducive to meet the relevant requirements of the retroreflection coefficient of the marking line in the early,middle and late stages of opening.
