摘要
培养农村小学全科教师是适应儿童身心发展规律的本质要求,是农村小规模学校生存的必然选择,也是解决农村留守儿童教育问题的有效路径。中国学生发展核心素养体系的提出对中小学教师的素养提出了更高的要求。结合农村小学全科教师的职业特点及未来社会发展的要求,农村小学全科教师应具备基础性素养、专业性素养和发展性素养三大素养体系。基于教师核心素养体系,构建了与之相适应的农村小学全科教师培养的文化通识课程、专业模块课程、自主发展课程三大课程模块。
In China’s special national conditions,the cultivation of rural elementary school teachers is an essential requirement for the development of children’s laws,an inevitable choice for small-scale schools in rural areas,and a realistic appeal for rural left-behind children’s education.In the course of curriculum reform,the core quality system of the students has been put forward,which will lead to higher requirements for teachers.This article combines the professional characteristics of rural primary school teachers and the requirements of future social development,and puts forward three core qualities that rural elementary school teachers should possess.Based on the teacher core literacy framework,we construct a curriculum system suitable for rural elementary school teachers,and put forward suggestions for improving the implementation of the curriculum,with a view to providing reference for the normal colleges to cultivate the curriculum of rural primary teachers.
