摘要
创生取向下课程实施的过程即在具体教育情境中创造创生新的教育经验的过程,创生取向下的教师教育课程实施注重实践性知识的获得,强调师生之间的主体性交往,重视学习主体的反思性思维。当下教师教育课程面临课程内容封闭且理论性强,教学主体与学习主体相分离,实践课程流于形式等问题。对此,需要践行课程实施的创生理念,形成开放的、生成的实践性课程,把握课堂情境中的实践性知识;认识到教师与学生之间的主体性关系,建立走向理解与对话的主体性教育;注意行动与反思的有效联结,促进学习者自身知识体系的建构。
The process of curriculum implementation under the enactment orientation is the process of creating new educational experiences in specific educational situations.It focuses on the acquisition of practical knowledge,emphasizes the subjective interaction between teachers and students,and pays attention to the reflective thinking of the subject.At present,the curriculum of teacher education are facing multiple dilemmas,such as curriculum content is closed and theoretical,the subjects of the teaching and the learning are separated,and the practical curriculum is in the form.It is necessary to put the enactment orientation of curriculum implementation in to practice,form open and generated practical curriculum,grasp the practical knowledge in the classroom situation;recognize the subjective relationship between teachers and students,and establish a subjective education towards understanding and dialogue;pay attention to the effective connection between students’behavior and reflection,and promote the construction of learners’own knowledge system.
