Design of wine automatic batching system based on PLC

自动配料系统既能提高配料生产的效率和配料精度,又能解放劳动力、极大的降低生产成本.设计了一种以PLC为核心控制器的酿酒自动配料系统.该系统通过工业以太网实现PLC与触摸屏通信实现人机交互,PLC通过485总线实现称重传感器的数据采集和上料电机的变频调速控制.系统具有配方加密设置、按配方自动配料、定量输出和实时远程监控等功能,实现了酿酒原料的快速、高精度的配料,具有很高的实用价值.

The automatic batching system can not only improve the efficiency of batch production and the accuracy of batching,but also free labor and greatly reduce production costs.This paper designed a brewing automatic batching system with PLC as the core controller.The system realized human-computer interaction by communications between PLC and touch screen through industrial Ethernet.PLC realized data acquisition of weighing sensor,variable frequency as well as speed adjustment control of feeding motor through 485 bus.The system had the functions of formula encryption setting,automatic batching according to formula,quantitative output and real-time remote monitoring.It realized formulating ingredients of brewing raw materials with fast speed and high accuracy,which has high practical value.
