摘要
在初始Cr^6+质量浓度5~60mg·L^-1的范围内,厌氧颗粒污泥通过生物还原和生物吸附双作用对Cr^6+具有一定的去除效果,且当Cr^6+质量浓度为25mg·L^-1时,Cr^6+去除率达到最大值,为95%.添加Cr^6+实验组的甲烷产量均低于对照组的甲烷产量,这表明Cr^6+对厌氧微生物代谢活性存在抑制作用,且随着Cr^6+质量浓度的提高,抑制作用越强.通过线性拟合分析,Cr^6+对厌氧微生物的半抑制浓度(IC50)为31.5mg·L^-1.
The anaerobic granular sludge has certain removal effect on hexavalent chromium through biological reduction and bioadsorption with initial Cr^6+concentration in the range of 5~60 mg·L^-1.When Cr^6+concentration was 25 mg·L^-1,the maximum removal rate of 95%could be obtained with bioadsorption playing in a role.Methane production of experimental group with addition of Cr^6+was lower than that of control group,which indicating that the existence of Cr^6+with concentration above 5 mg·L^-1 could inhibit metabolic activities of anaerobic microorganisms.The higher the concentration of Cr^6+,the stronger the inhibition.The obtained half-inhibitory concentration by linear fitting analysis was 31.5 mg·L^-1.
