摘要
为开发新型绿色的水处理材料,确定最佳的吸附工艺,以壳聚糖作为基质材料,戊二醛为交联剂,在均相条件下制备壳聚糖交联树脂,并通过红外光谱进行结构表征.考察了吸附温度、溶液pH值、吸附时间和壳聚糖树脂用量四个因素对壳聚糖树脂吸附去除罗丹明B体系的影响.结果表明,最佳吸附工艺为,吸附温度60℃,pH为5,吸附时间60min,壳聚糖树脂用量为0.25g.
The novel crosslinked chitosan resin was synthesized under homogeneous conditions using chitosan as matrix material,glutaraldehyde as crosslinking agent,and characterized its structure by FTIR for developing a new green water treatment material and determining the best adsorption technology.In addition,the effects of four factors,such as adsorption temperature,solution pH value,adsorption time and amount of chitosan resin on removal of rhodamine B system by chitosan resin adsorption were investigated.The results showed that the optimum adsorption conditions were as follows:adsorption temperature 60℃,pH 5,adsorption time 60 min,chitosan resin dosage 0.25 g.
