基于空气载热(冷)法的污水源热泵供热特性

摘要 基于空气载热(冷)法,探究新型污水源热泵的供热特性,并搭设实验台.分析部分影响参数对系统供热特性的影响.研究表明,污水温度和流速对系统的热交换效率有显著的影响;空气的物性参数对系统的热交换效率的影响较弱;空气扩散器的安装密度对系统的热交换效率有很大影响,而结构类型以及安装深度对系统的热交换效率影响较小.基于空气载热(冷)法的新型污水源热泵在供热过程中运用了污水的显热量和空气换热后所拥有的潜热量,有明显的节能效果. Based on air heat(cold)transfer method of sewage water source heat pump,this paper discussed on the heating characteristics of new sewage water source heat pump,and set up a test table.Analyzed the effect of some influence parameters on heating characteristics of heat pump system.Sewage temperature and flow rate had a significant impact on the heat transfer effect of the new sewage source heat pump system.The physical parameters of air had some influence on the operating characteristics of the new sewage water source heat pump system.The density of the air diffuser has a great influence on the operating characteristics of the new type of sewage water source heat pump system.However,the influence of structural type and installation depth was relatively weak.The efficient heat transfer technology of the new system not only made use of the sensible heat of sewage,but also the latent heat of air and sewage,and energy-saving effect was remarkable.
