国家电网深化“全能型”乡镇供电所建设探析

Analysis on Deepening the Construction of“All-round”Township Power Supply Station by State Grid

国家电网公司发布了加强供电所建设的通知,要求在城镇和村庄都要努力建设“全能型”供电所,更好地发挥其在城镇和村庄的作用。国家电网领导对于“全能型”供电所的建设给予了高度重视,特别强调在城镇和村庄进行供电所建设,同时还提出了各种新需求。建设“公司全能型”供电所是对国家电网改革的进一步深化,落实到城镇和村庄中,将电网覆盖面继续扩大。国家电网重点实施“一体化”乡镇供电管理,并建立了试点,为各级单位提供丰富的建设经验。本论文针对国家电网深化“全能型”乡镇供电所建设展开研究。

TheState Grid Corporation issued a notice to strengthen the construction of power supply stations,requiring efforts to build“all-round”power supply stations in towns and villages to better play its role in towns and villages.The leaders of the State Grid have attached great importance to the construction of the“all-round”power supply station,with particular emphasis on the construction of power supply facilities in towns and villages,and also raised various new demands.The construction of the“all-round”power supply station is to further deepen the reform of the national power grid,and implement it into towns and villages,and continue to expand the coverage of the power grid.The State Grid has implemented“integrated”township power supply management and established pilot projects to provide rich construction experience for all levels of units.This paper is aimed at deepening the construction of“all-round”township power supply in the State Grid.
