摘要
对于快速准确地处理港口电气设备故障的问题,从如下三个方面做出了几个优化方案。优化方案针对包括港口设备系统典型的问题,以及突然出现的紧急问题等。针对目前在港口所使用的设备设计过程中所存在的一些经常发生的问题,进行分析调查,并将设备加以优化,通过建立设备之间的管理系统监测设备出现的问题,并且能够及时地做出回应,使故障在检修能够根据故障发生的类型针对性地进行处理分析。在发生故障时,处理方法要更加标准化,优化维修方案,建设更优秀的检修团队,使工作人员的素质提高一个等级。本文根据研究的结果做出了一系列的关于故障出现所需要解决的问题。
For dealing with port electrical equipment faults quickly and accurately,we have made several optimization schemes for his equipment faults from the following three aspects.Among them,the optimization scheme includes typical problems of port equipment system,as well as sudden emergencies and so on.In view of the problems that often occur in the design process of the equipment used in the port at present,this paper makes an analysis and investigation,optimizes the equipment,monitors the problems of the equipment through the establishment of the management system between the equipment,and responds in time,so that the maintenance can be carried out according to the types of the faults..In case of failure,our treatment methods should be more standardized,we should optimize our repair plan and build a better maintenance team,so that the quality of the entire staff and maintenance personnel can be improved by one level.Based on the results of our research,this paper has made a series of problems about the occurrence of faults that we need to solve.
