变电站标志牌风险分析及改进研究

Study on Risk Analysis and Improvement of Substation Signs

电力系统标志牌容易褪色、模糊不清,导致设备的名称、编号识别困难,可能会发生“走错间隔”、“误碰带电设备”、“误操作”等电力安全事故。为解决电力系统标志牌识别困难带来的隐患,本文对标志牌风险进行了分析,提出了标志牌改进措施,制作一种新型雕刻结构的标志牌,有效解决了标志牌容易褪色等风险。通过在变电站的应用,验证了改进措施的有效性,提高了电力系统设备、设施运行的可靠性。

Power system signs are easy to fade and blur,which makes it difficult to identify the name and number of equipment,and may cause power safety accidents such as“error interval”,“mis-touching live equipment”and“mis-operation”.In order to solve the hidden danger caused by the difficulty of power system sign recognition,this paper analyses the risk of sign,puts forward the improvement measures of sign,makes a new type of carved sign,and effectively solves the risk of sign fading.The application of substation proves the effectiveness of the improvement measures and improves the reliability of power system equipment and facilities.
