局部氧疗对慢性创面皮肤移植患者创面愈合的疗效探讨

Therapeutic effect of local oxygen therapy on wound healing in patients with chronic wound skin graft

目的 研究局部氧疗对慢性创面植皮患者创面愈合的治疗效果。方法 选择本院120例慢性创面接受自体皮肤移植的患者为观察对象,按照入院先后顺序分为联合治疗组与单纯治疗组,每组60例。单纯治疗组给予自体皮肤移植手术,联合治疗组在此基础上联合局部氧疗处理创面,每次持续90min。所有患者均治疗3周,观察2组创面愈合时间、愈合率、治愈率,采用温哥华瘢痕量表对患者的愈合创面情况进行评分。结果 联合治疗组愈合时间为(19.3±3.2)d,单纯治疗组为(28.5±6.7)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合治疗组创面愈合率为(93.1±6.4)%,单纯治疗组为(85.2±2.4)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合治疗组治愈率为98.3%,单纯治疗组为75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗6个月后随访,联合治疗组温哥华瘢痕量表评分显著优于单纯治疗组(P<0.05)。结论 局部氧疗操作方便,对接受自体表皮移植的慢性创面愈合患者起到辅助作用。

Objective To study the effect of local oxygen therapy on wound healing in patients with chronic wound skin grafting.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic wounds receiving autologous skin transplantation in our hospital were selected as the observation objects.According to the order of admission,they were divided into combined treatment group and simple treatment group,with 60 cases in each group.Simple treatment group was treated with autologous skin transplantation,while combined treatment group was treated with local oxygen therapy on the basis of autologous skin transplantation,and was given 90 min of treatment for each time.the treatment of all patients were treated for 3 weeks.The wound healing time,healing rate,cure rate were compared and Vancouver Scar Scale scores was used to assess the healing condition of wounds in both groups.Results The healing time was(19.3±3.2)d in the combined treatment group and(28.5±6.7)days in the single treatment group(P<0.05).The wound healing rate was(93.1±6.4)%in the combination group and(85.2±2.4)%in single treatment group(P<0.05);the cure rate was 98.3%in the combined treatment group and 75.0%in the single treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The follow-up results showed that Vancouver Scar Scale scores in the combination group was better than single treatment group after 6 months of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Local oxygen therapy is an easily operated method and plays an auxiliary role in the healing of chronic wounds after autologous epidermal transplantation.
