驴精液稀释中水的选择

驴精液稀释过程中器具的清洗和消毒、水的选择、剂量的控制、稀释剂的制备、稀释精液的包装和保存以及质量指标测定都需要严格控制。但基层精液供应站,由于制水设备不完善、水质得不到保障、稀释环境以及养殖户采精时间不确定,诸多因素很难保证每次都能使用无菌双蒸水稀释精液,本文采用两种市面上常见的瓶装饮用水配制精液稀释液,探讨了随着保存时间的延长其对精液质量的影响,结果表明采用哇哈哈纯净水和怡宝纯净水配制的精液稀释液保存精液72h后精子活力仍大于47%,显著优于无菌双蒸水配制的稀释液,可作为基层驴精液稀释液用水。

In the process of donkey semen dilution, selection of water, dosage control, preparation of diluent, packaging and preservation of diluted semen and determination of quality index all need to be strictly controlled. However, at the grass-roots semen supply station, because of the imperfect water-making equipment, the unsafe water quality, the uncertain dilution environment and the time of collecting semen, many factors are difficult to ensure that the semen can be diluted with sterile double-steamed water every time. In this paper, two kinds of bottled drinking water commonly used in the market are used to prepare semen dilution. The effects of prolonged storage time on semen quality are discussed. The results showed that the sperm viability of the sperm diluent prepared with the Wahaha Purified water and Yibao purified water was still over 47% after 72 hours preservation, which was significantly better than the diluent prepared with sterile double-steaming water, and could be used as the water for donkey semen diluent at the grass-roots level.
