摘要 含油废水具有含油量高、乳化程度高、有机物浓度高等特点成为水处理中的难点,其处理在国内外都引起了广泛的关注。针对油气田含油废水特点,以吐温80为乳化剂制备O/W型含油模拟废水,采用石墨极板对乳化液进行脉冲电解处理,研究了电化学技术对含油废水的破乳处理效果。考察了脉冲电源参数和废水水质条件对处理效率的影响规律,包括电解电压、脉冲频率、占空比、电解时间、电导率、pH值等因素。通过电解优化得到最佳破乳条件:电解电压20V、脉冲频率1000Hz、占空比50%、电解时间50min、电导率5.55mS·cm^-1、pH=1,电化学破乳包括多种物理化学反应的综合过程,其中原水pH值对含油废水的处理影响最大;在最优条件下COD的去除率达53.26%,含油量去除率达65.07%。 Oily wastewater has the characteristics of high oil content, high emulsification degree and high organic matter concetration, which has become a difficult point in water treatment, and its treatment has attracted extensive attention at home and abroad. According to the characteristics of oily wastewater in oil and gas fields, O/W oilcontaining simulated wastewater was prepared by using Tween 80 as emulsifier. The emulsion electroplating treatment was carried out on the emulsion with graphite plate. The effect of electrochemical technology on the demulsification of oily wastewater is studied. The effects of pulse power parameters and wastewater quality conditions on treatment efficiency are investigated, including factors such as electrolysis voltage, pulse frequency, duty cycle, electrolysis time, conductivity, and pH. The best demulsification conditions is obtained by electrolysis optimization: electrolysis voltage 20 V, pulse frequency 1000 Hz, duty cycle 50%, electrolysis time 50 min, conductivity 5.55 mS ·cm ^-1 , pH=1, electrochemical demulsification is a variety of the comprehensive process of physics and chemical reaction, in which the pH value of raw water has the greatest impact on the treatment of oily wastewater. Under the optimal conditions, the removal rate of COD is 53.26%, and the removal rate of oil content is 65.07%.
