低速碰撞下传统方形截面吸能盒结构参数对吸能特性的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Structural Parameters of Traditional Square Section Energy-absorbing Box on Energy Absorption Characteristics under Low Speed Collision

摘要 以传统方形截面吸能盒为研究对象,运用数值模拟方法系统地研究了吸能盒壁厚和V型诱导槽数目在低速碰撞下对其吸能特性的影响。研究结果表明:壁厚增加,吸能盒的吸能量增长率不及碰撞力峰值增长率,吸能特性下降。与无诱导槽的吸能盒相比,V型诱导槽的设置能有效降低初始碰撞力峰值,但其对吸能量影响不大;设置2个V型诱导槽的吸能特性下降,设置1个和3个V型诱导槽的吸能特性提高。 Taking the traditional square section energy-absorbing box as the research object,the influence of the wall thickness of the energy-absorbing box and the number of V-shaped induced grooves on the energy absorption characteristics under low speed collision was systematically studied by numerical simulation method.The results show that the wall thickness increases,the energy absorption rate of the energy-absorption box is less than the peak growth rate of the collision force,and the energy absorption characteristics become worse.Compared with the energy-absorbing box without the induction groove,the setting of V-shaped induction groove can effectively reduce the initial collision force peak,but it has little effect on the absorption energy.The energy absorbing characteristics of the energy-absorbing box provided with the two V-shaped induction grooves are deteriorated,and which provided with one and three V-shaped induction grooves are improved.
