摘要
目的为了预测隆鑫通用自主生产的某单缸汽油发动机的结构辐射噪声,联合运用有限元法,多体动力学法以及声学边界元法,对该单缸发动机进行了振动噪声的仿真计算。利用有限元法对整机进行模态分析获得模态频率和振型,运用多体动力学法计算活塞连杆机构、曲轴主轴承、配气机构等作用在机体上的激励力,将得到的激励力和模态数据导入到LMS Virtual.Lab软件中,仿真计算发动机的表面振动和辐射噪声。仿真结果与实测结果一致性较好。本文为发动机的结构振动噪声研究提供了一种计算方法。
In order to predict the structure radiation noise of a single cylinder gasoline engine independently produced by Loncin,use the finite element method,multi-body dynamics method and acoustic boundary element method to simulate the vibration and noise of the single cylinder engine.Finite element method is used to do the engine modal analysis for the modal frequency and mode of vibration,Applying the multi-body dynamics method to calculate the piston connecting rod mechanism,the crankshaft main bearing and valve-train exciting force action on the engine,then,import the exciting force and modal data into the LMS.Virtual Lab software to simulate the engine surface vibration and radiated noise.The simulation results are in good agreement with the measured results.This paper provides a calculation method for the study of engine noise.
