摘要
本文运用有限元分析方法,对双锥密封系统的预紧工况及操作工况锥面密封比压进行模拟计算,并与国标(GB150)双锥密封设计要求进行比较。研究了双锥环预紧以及操作工况下锥面的密封比压分布以及双锥环内圆柱面径向位移变形,发现螺栓材料弹性模量对操作工况下双锥密封锥面密封比压有较大影响,螺栓材料的弹性模量越大,其预紧工况锥面比压不变,操作工况下锥面密封比压变大,其密封效果越好。
In this paper,the pre-tightening and operating conditions of the double-cone sealing system are simulated and calculated by finite element method,and the specific pressure of the double-cone sealing system is compared with the design requirements of the national standard(GB150).The distribution of specific pressure and radial displacement of cylindrical surface in biconical ring under pre-tightening and operation conditions are studied.It is found that the elastic modulus of bolt material has a great influence on the specific pressure of the biconical seal under operation conditions.The bigger the elastic modulus of bolt material,the invariable specific pressure of the conical surface under pre-tightening conditions,and the bigger the specific pressure of the conical seal under operation conditions,the better the sealing effect.
