摘要
为了促进线控机械制动系统朝着更加安全、高效的方向稳定发展,推进线控机械制动系统的应用进程。本文从系统的组成结构、特点、工作原理及其当下重点关注问题上对线控机械制动系统进行总结,重点分析了线控机械制动系统在电子制动踏板研究、制动力矩分配策略、车辆状态参数预测、控制器算法设计及车用电源系统等方面的关键技术。
In order to promote steady development of the electro-mechanical brake system(EMB)toward a more secure and efficient direction and promote development process of electro-mechanical brake system application,the electro-mechanical brake system from the structure,characteristics,working principle and current key issues of the system is summarized in this paper.And the analysis of the electro-mechanical brake system’s key technologies on the electronic brake pedal and the braking torque distribution strategy,vehicle state parameter prediction,controller algorithm design and vehicle power systems are focused.
