采矿工程分为露天开采和地下开采,简要介绍某地采矿山项目甲乙双方在结算时遇到的问题及最终解决办法。

Mining project is divided into open-pit mining and underground mining.This paper briefly introduces the problems occurred during settlement of a underground mine project between contractor and client and final solutions for the problems.
