在广泛调查了解某矿山底侧卸式矿车使用情况的基础上,结合多年制作矿车的经验,对现有底侧卸式矿车的图纸进行了深入细致的论证,改进了其原设计上的不合理部分。同时,通过制作工艺的优化,延长了矿车使用寿命,使矿车生产和维修成本进一步降低。

Based on the wide investigation and learning the usage of bottom and side dump tramcar in a certain mine,combining the years of experience of manufacturing the tramcar,the paper carries out detailed demonstration of drawings of the existing bottom and side dump tramcar,to improve the unreasonable parts in its original design.Meanwhile,through the optimization of the manufacturing process,the service life of the tramcar is extended,so that the cost of production and maintenance of tramcar is furtherly reduced.
