摘要
通过分析原鞍钢球团厂带式焙烧机结构设计中存在的问题和缺陷,结合已有技术储备与国内外先进设计理念,有针对性地对焙烧机各主要部件进行了优化与升级,有效提升了设备的技术先进性和可靠性,满足了提升球团质量、恢复设计产能以及节能减排的工程应用需求。
Through analyzing the existing problems and disadvantages of structural design of straight grate in the original ANSTEEL pelletizing plant,the paper combines the existing technical reserve and advanced domestic and overseas design concept,and carries out optimization and upgrading for main components of the straight grate,improving the technical advancement and reliability of equipment.It satisfies the requirements of engineering application to develop the pelletizing quality,recovering the design capacity,and energy conservation and emission reduction.
