“对标联创”视域下高校“五个到位”基层党组织建设的方法研究

在2018年2月末,中国中共教育部党组发布了《高校党建工作重点任务书》,呼吁高校工作者在日常工作以及生活中积极学习以及贯彻新中国特色社会主义思想,并领悟党的十九大精神,从而促进全国各个高校中的思想政治工作有效落实,并按照高校巡视整改意见对在校师生树立行动统一思想、看齐意识、核心意识、大局观念以及政治意识等,并与各项任务书进行对比,对实际情况进行综合考虑分析,从而写出具体列表,将高校工作者的责任落实至个人,督促其将本职工作落实到位,完美解决管党治党力度不高、领导弱化、党的建设不足以及体制机制健全度不高等问题。

At the end of February 2018,the Party organization of the Chinese Communist Party of the Ministry of Education issued the"Key Tasks for Party Building in Colleges and Universities",calling on college workers to actively study and implement socialist ideas with new Chinese characteristics in their daily work and life,and to comprehend the spirit of the Party's 19th National Congress,thus promoting the effective implementation of ideological and political work in colleges and universities across the country.In accordance with the patrol and rectification opinions of colleges and universities,we should establish a unified thinking,aligning consciousness,core consciousness,overall concept and political consciousness in school teachers and students,compare them with the tasks,and comprehensively analyze the actual situation,so as to formulate a specific list,assign responsibilities to individual college workers,promote the implementation of their work,and solve the problems of weak Party governance strength,weak leadership,insufficient Party building and imperfect mechanism.
